United Properties purchased over 129 acres in Aurora, close to Denver International Airport, which it plans to develop into a new industrial complex. United paid .1 million for the land, which will be built out in two phases. Called The Aero 70 industrial complex, it will include industrial buildings for lease and purchase, as well as for-sale land sites.

The land is adjacent to the Park 70 industrial project — northeast of the E-470 and Interstate 70 interchange and just south of Smith Road.

The Denver Business Journal reports, in phase one, the company will develop two 400,000-square-foot, cross-dock industrial buildings. Phase one is expected to be completed in late 2025.

Phase two will include the development of an additional 65.73 acres, with over 1.1 million square feet of cross-dock space.

CBRE’s Todd Witty, Jim Bolt and Daniel Close are actively marketing both phases for pre-leasing opportunities.
