The Bolder Innovation Center is adjacent to the Colorado Technology Center, the third-largest business park in Boulder County. The Bolder Innovation Campus was developed in 2023 and has long-term tenants in place.

The campus totals 19.5 acres. It’s near Highway 287 and U.S. 36.
