Nanoramic Laboratories Relocates Headquarters to Woburn
[…]
Energy-storage technology company Nanoramic Laboratories is moving its headquarters to Woburn, MA from Wakefield, the Boston Business Journal reported Tuesday. Nanoramic leased 40,000 square feet at 10 Commerce Way, a Cummings Properties building formerly occupied by Ionic Materials, another next-generation battery developer that shut down earlier this year.
The headquarters switch is the company’s second in the past three years, reported the Business Journal. It previously moved to a 24,000-square-foot facility at 7 Audubon Rd. in Wakefield, MA from the Seaport District in Boston, a move attributed partly to real estate costs.
The Woburn location is already built out, with much of the infrastructure needed by the company and “will help to accelerate Nanoramic’s battery technology as well as support future expansion of the team,” company spokesperson Christopher Deane told the Business Journal. Steele Divitto of The Steele Group and David Thomann of Cushman & Wakefield arranged the relocation.
