Trammell Crow Launches Home Depot Build-to-Suit in Stockton
[…]
Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and JV partner Realty Income Corporation broke ground on a 655,200-square-foot building for The Home Depot in Stockton. Located at 320 McCloy Ave. in the Port of Stockton, the industrial facility is expected to deliver in 2026.
Noting that it entailed “a multi-year team effort,” San Francisco-based TCC principal Will Parker said, “We are thrilled to have started construction on this project, an important milestone in delivering a state-of-the-art industrial building for Home Depot to the local market. Home Depot’s new facility is designed to handle bulk and oversized deliveries and is strategically located close to Interstate 5 with connectivity throughout the region.”
MacGregor Associates is the architect of record for the project, and Arch-Con Corporation is the general contractor. Tyson Vallenari of Cushman & Wakefield and Tom Davis of CBRE represented the Port of Stockton and TCC, respectively, in the ground lease.
